Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
• ₹60 Charge for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
• A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer returns. However, we provide a 7-day replacement policy under the following conditions:

✅ The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
✅ The replacement request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

📌 Photos or videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement and initiate a reverse pickup.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

• Change of mind or quality concerns are not eligible for replacement.
• Used or tampered products will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable if a replacement is not available for eligible cases.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
