Shipping Policy

• We offer free shipping on prepaid orders and Rs 80 on cash on delivery.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

• A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Returns Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@kitchenrani.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized products and items on sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
